Outstanding service all around👏. The breakfast has delicious options like fruit juice, fresh fruit, and milk. the location is convenient, just a 15-minute walk to a 154m-high tower.

Overall a comfortable stay for one night. The breakfast at a very minimal cost-fantastic. Immaculately clean rooms with bunk beds, children in, for example, amazing breakfasts. Fab location for my weekend. Liked good area.

Rooms are exceptionally clean and come with an extra bed. The breakfast is lovely and comes at a very minimal cost.- The guesthouse is centrally located, around a 10-15 minute walk from the Arcade.

This hotel is a great value for money with affordable prices and attention to detail. Its location just off the seafront and close to the promenade provides a nice quiet atmosphere. The staff are friendly and accommodating, providing basic amenities and even offering rooms with an extra bed for families with children. Additionally, the breakfast offered at a very minimal cost is fantastic.
All aspects of this hotel were satisfactory.

The hotel offers an excellent and absolutely perfect location just a short walk to the seafront. It is close to the center, North and Central Pier, and has convenient access to the beach and a tram stop at the end of the road.

Stayed here for one night over the bank holiday weekend. Arrived early, bags taken care of, room ready an hour later. Clean room with plenty of tea and coffee. Comfy beds for a great night's sleep. Fantastic breakfast selection. Highly recommend No12 Guesthouse South Shore.
